Opening a New Terminal Server Account

To open a Terminal Server account, simply place a request with the Help Desk, and they will set up an account for you. If you plan to use Terminal Server from your machine at China Basin or 50 Beale St, let the Help Desk know, and they will install the Citrix client on your machine for you. Your Terminal Server logon and password will match your NT logon and password.

To log on to Terminal Server from your home machine or remote laptop, you will need to have an ISP (Internet Service Provider) and internet access already set up on that machine; at that point you can download and install the Citrix client in just a few easy steps.
